It's been a quiet week.  Mal & Jenni came over while I was at work on Tuesday, collected Matt and Syra and whisked them off for fun and adventures in the campervan.  Thankfully they're due back today as I've really started to miss having someone to cuddle up to and share everything that's on my mind.  It's also strange opening the door and not having a cold nose peeping out at you from behind the door.  Thinking about it, quite possibly one of the best things about having a dog is that no matter or how long or short a time you've been out, they're always so pleased to see you again.

Mal and Jenni's campervan has brought back happy memories for Matt of his time pootling around Europe in his campervan.  This was when he was still living up in Bradford and he'd just been diagnosed with having a brain tumour.  He gets that hazy look over his eyes as he remembers with fondness the camping, the people he met and his mastery of the bbq.

Nevsky Prospekt to all the campervan adventures yet to have.
