Absolutely bloody brilliant.  I'm inspired, Matt's inspired.  So much so Matt's talking about being part of the next Paralympics - track event he thinks.  This from the man who doesn't run!

What an amazing weekend.  Wheelchair basketball on Friday and athletics on Saturday.  North Greenwich Stadium wasn't overly crowded, we had prime seats for the basketball and were nearly lost our voices cheering for the women's GB team.  (I was top to toe in Team GB kit and Matt was sporting his All Blacks attire!)

On Saturday we met Matt's aunty Sheila in Olympic Park and went to see the athletics with her that evening.  Whilst at the park we had the added bonus of catching up with Dawn and Bran and of bumping in to none other than Mr Phil Woods and his family!  Once again we had amazing seats - we could see the javlin, long jump and had a perfect view of the 200 m start.  Oscar Pistorious broke the 200 m world record (only to come second the following evening).  We saw some absolutely inspiring and humbling feats.  Here's to extraordinary.
