Easter 2020 - yoga retreat

In one month I'll be setting off for my Easter break.  Easter is a bitter sweet holiday for me - it's when Matt and I got married so it has happy memories from that and sad memories that he's not here with me any more.

This year, like last year, I'm heading off by myself.  When plans for an Easter break in Jordan fell through I realised that I really wanted to head somewhere with as much sunshine as possible.  I looked at all inclusive holidays but then realised that I'd eat and drink way too much and that wouldn't do me any favours.  With Easter falling just six weeks after my operation, I wanted something that would be a relaxing but also healthy break.

I then remembered a friend mentioning Rosy's Little Village in Agistri, Greece.  In a fortuitous piece of serendipity, Rosy's just happens to have a massage and yoga workshop over Easter.  There's morning and evening yoga sessions and afternoons to spend at leisure.  I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep up with all the poses and flows but I'll take what I've learnt from the yoga with Joelle at Guy's Cancer Centre and adapt it as much as possible.
