Scan results

I had my routine 4 monthly CT scan on Tuesday 7 April and this morning I had my oncology appointment (by phone) with Dr Nathan.  It's good news folks!   Despite missing two rounds of treatment, the scan shows no change which is great news.

That then led to a discussion on when treatment might resume.  Dr Nathan called me young and fit (love you forever for that Dr Nathan) and as a result, if London continues in its downward trajectory of COVID-19 cases, I could probably resume treatment in 4 - 6 weeks.

We agreed that we would have another phone consult on Monday 18 May and, if London wasn't experiencing a second wave of COVID-19 cases, then I could resume treatment on Wednesday 20 May.  Ecstatic.

London, more than ever, I need you to Stay Home, Save Lives.
